Collection of 30 letters from President James Monroe to Secretary of the Treasury, William H. Crawrord, drafts of Crawford as Secretary to President Monroe, and one letter from P.P. Saint Guersani to President Monroe.  25 of the letters are from President Monroe, 4 are from Secretary Crawford, and one is from P.P. Saint Guirons.
