A poem by Mott Dulany Ball was separated from this collection and was added to the Theta Delta Chi Records (UA 7.022). An invoice for clothing from the Indian School was separated from this collection and was added to the Brafferton Estate Collection (UA 113). Folders 258-260, 273, 277, 280-283 were transferred to the Office of the Bursar Records on 3/12/2012. Folders 55, 56, 56-A, 57, and 58 were transferred to the Faculty Assembly Records (UA 133) and the University Archives Subject File Collection (UA 9) on 6/18/2012.
