Historical Note
William Taylor (b. 1828) of North Liberty, PA, enlisted in the 100th Pennsylvania Regiment in 1862 and served in the Civil War until his medical discharge on Nov. 13, 1864. Taylor was a Sergeant who saw action at Fredericksburg, Vicksburg, Knoxville, and Petersburg.
